Was very tasty and warm. Only the fries and the bacon on the burger could have been a little crispier.

Ordered the third time and been very satisfied three times. Burgers are very big and price is reasonable. They were of course very tasty too. We recommend.

The food was tasty and warm. Unfortunately, the extras were not taken into account for all three citizens or something was missing from the regular surface. Despite the shortcomings, we will probably order again and hope that it will work better, because it really tasted and the fries were great.

Delivery in 30 minutes but burger still cold. Topping did not correspond to the order. Much too expensive for the service offered. There are enough alternatives in Würzburg, you should avoid it if possible! Edit: Thank you very much for the effort, but after a telephone complaint in the branch, I was given a voucher in the amount of Promised 7 €, which has not yet arrived. Customer service looks different, especially with the price of the burgers PLUS a ridiculous delivery fee. I will therefore not recommend you and advertise an order from one of the many alternatives (without a flat-rate delivery fee!) To a wider circle of friends.

Fresh, also vegetarian and vegan, delicious

Food is good only apparently not everything is put on it (with my crunchy only the crunchy was nothing else) and the burgers cool down very quickly despite only a 10 minute pick-up drive, they were no longer warm ...

Top quality, everything hot and fresh! And Chocolate Cake makes every woman happy !! Just a dream! Respect, from ordering to delivery 25min! Any time!!!!!!!

Unfortunately the food arrived cold and way too late. Taste was okay, but it's hard to reheat a burger because nobody wants a warm salad. The supplier was very stressed and unfortunately there was not even an excuse for the delay. Especially annoying when you want to leave and then sit at home and have to wait for your meal ... a shame

The fact that in the full Covid-19 pandemic you cannot pay with a card for pick-up orders by telephone is a reason for annoyance, at least a note when ordering would be appropriate.

The burgers taste fantastic. We ordered and the food arrived after a very short time! You can see that a lot of effort is made here, as everything was nicely packaged and still looked very good even after delivery!

Incredible. This is by far the best burger I've eaten in Germany. I just have to say thank you for making such a great, honest and excellent burger. No more McDonalds or anything. As I said, unbelievable. Thumbs up, drums and trumpets !!

I have never eaten there before, just ordered. My girlfriend and I always order the vegan burger there ... simply unbeatable! Truly the best vegan burger we've ever eaten. (Even non-vegan friends think it's great!) And the fries are also super tasty and crispy despite the delivery - not many manage that! The delivery time promise of 30 minutes is usually kept. In the event of a slight delay, you will receive a € 2 voucher directly. Prices are perfectly reasonable too. 5 stars definitely more than deserved. Report to the burger landscape in Würzburg all times. Once our extra requests were not taken into account (extra guacamole, extra jalapenos, no onions), but the next time we got a € 2 voucher, two free cookies and an apology by phone. Great dealings with customers! We have already ordered there very often and that happened in the early start-up phase a few weeks after it opened. Not since then ... so normally the delivery fits! ;-)

The only shop in Würzburg that really salty French fries, good wings and the Angusburger are very tasty. The team has so far been friendly without exception and the specified delivery times have always been adhered to. Thumbs up!
